Que Barulho! - That Noise! (36/365 – 2011)

Amanhã é dia de festa para as forças armadas do Gabão.  E, como nos anos anteriores, visitantes ilustres vêm fazer demonstração de habilidade, força e barulho!!!  Alguns Mirages da Força Aérea Francesa rasgam o céu com suas manobras e, inevitavelmente, fazendo um barulho ensurdecedor – principalmente para quem, como eu, mora na frente do aeroporto.  Mas eu adoro assisti-los.  Ah! Como vocês podem notar na foto, ainda é Natal em Libreville!!



Tomorrow is a day of party for the military in Gabon.  And, like the previous years, distinguished visitors do come to make some demonstrations of skill, strength and noise! Some of the French Air Force Mirages tear up the sky with their maneuvers and, inevitably, making a deafening noise - especially for someone like me, who lives in front of the airport. But I love watching them. Ah! As you can see in the picture, it's still Christmas in Libreville!
